Payment comes last.
First, we plan, film, edit and complete the agreed work. Only once that’s done and you’re satisfied is final payment due, in line with your project agreement.

We want you to know exactly what our guarantee covers. These terms explain how our planning, filming, revisions, reshoots and payment process work.
Agreed project scope
Before filming, B2 and the client agree on the project deliverables and creative brief. The plan can include measurable deliverable quotas, content objectives, reference videos and scripts. The guarantee applies to the work agreed in that scope.
Filming without an hourly cutoff
We reserve the filming day for the agreed project rather than stopping at an arbitrary hourly limit. We aim to leave when all content in the shoot plan has been captured, subject to reasonable safety requirements, location access and other restrictions outside our control.
Unlimited revisions
There is no set limit on editing revisions needed to bring the agreed deliverables in line with the approved brief. Clients can provide specific feedback and we’ll continue refining the content until they’re satisfied. Entirely new concepts or deliverables outside the agreed brief are discussed separately before any extra cost is incurred.
Reshoots when needed
If additional filming is needed because B2’s original footage does not meet the agreed production brief, we’ll arrange a reshoot without an additional B2 filming charge. Changes to the original brief or unavoidable third-party expenses will be discussed with you beforehand.
Payment is the final step
Final payment is due once the agreed project work is completed and approved, in accordance with your project agreement. If you have concerns about the work, raise them during the review process so we can address them before final approval.
Changes and cooperation
The client helps us by supplying required information, permissions, access and timely feedback. If a new request changes the approved scope, schedule or third-party costs, we’ll agree on those changes with you before proceeding.
What the guarantee covers
Our satisfaction guarantee relates to the agreed creative work and our production process; it is not a promise of particular views, leads, revenue or sales. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
