Keeping your socials active shouldn’t become another full-time job. We plan the content with you, film it and turn it into regular posts that suit your audience. Depending on your package, a single shoot can give you content for weeks or months.
Paid Ads
Running ads takes more than pressing Boost. We work out who you want to reach, plan the message, create the ads and manage the campaign. You’re not left with a folder of videos and a set of instructions to figure out yourself.
Events
There’s a lot happening at an event, and one person can’t be everywhere at once. Our dedicated photographers and videographers capture the big moments, small details and atmosphere, so you have photos and video worth looking back on.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how B Squared collects, uses, stores, and protects client information when providing content creation, filming, photography, editing, advertising, marketing, Meta ads management, and related services.
By booking, approving, signing, making payment, or proceeding with a project through B Squared, the Client agrees to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
B Squared may collect personal, business, and project-related information from the Client, including:
Name, business name, phone number, email address, and contact details.
Business information, branding, services, offers, pricing, and marketing details.
Project information, including shoot dates, locations, references, scripts, creative direction, and campaign goals.
Photos, videos, audio, branding assets, logos, and other materials provided by the Client.
Payment, invoice, and transaction information.
Social media, website, advertising account, or Meta campaign information where required for agreed services.
2. How We Use Information
B Squared may use Client information to:
Plan, organise, film, photograph, edit, and deliver agreed content.
Communicate with the Client about the project.
Create marketing content, social media content, advertisements, and campaign materials.
Manage Meta ads or other agreed marketing services.
Prepare invoices, contracts, agreements, and project records.
Provide revisions, support, and follow-up services.
Improve B Squared’s internal workflow, services, and client experience.
B Squared will only use Client information for purposes connected to the agreed project, ongoing services, business administration, or legal/business record keeping.
3. Client Materials and Content
The Client may provide B Squared with photos, videos, logos, brand assets, social media access, advertising materials, scripts, business information, and other project materials.
B Squared will use these materials only for the agreed project, unless the Client gives permission for another use.
Raw footage, raw photos, project files, editing files, design files, AI generation files, and behind-the-scenes production files are not included unless agreed separately.
4. Content Usage and Promotion
Unless agreed otherwise, B Squared may use the final delivered content for B Squared’s portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and marketing.
If the Client does not want their content used by B Squared for marketing or promotional purposes, this must be agreed in writing before or during the project.
B Squared will not intentionally use confidential or private content publicly without permission.
5. Confidentiality
B Squared agrees to treat private business information, pricing, internal processes, client information, unreleased content, campaign details, and confidential project details as confidential.
B Squared will not intentionally share the Client’s confidential information with competitors, unrelated third parties, or the public, unless:
The information is already public.
The Client gives permission.
Sharing is required to complete the agreed project.
Sharing is required by law.
Sharing is required for payment, accounting, legal, or business administration purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
B Squared may use third-party platforms and services to complete agreed work, including but not limited to:
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other social media platforms.
Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or file-sharing services.
Editing, design, planning, communication, invoicing, payment, or advertising platforms.
Contractors, editors, photographers, videographers, designers, marketing contractors, or other team members involved in the project.
B Squared will only share the information reasonably required for the agreed work to be completed.
7. Advertising and Meta Campaigns
If B Squared is managing Meta ads or marketing campaigns for the Client, the Client may need to provide access to relevant advertising accounts, pages, pixels, datasets, audiences, creative assets, business information, or campaign materials.
B Squared will use this information only for agreed campaign work and will take reasonable care when handling account access, campaign information, and advertising materials.
The Client remains responsible for approving advertising budgets, offers, claims, landing pages, business information, and campaign direction.
8. Storage and Security
B Squared will take reasonable steps to protect Client information, project files, account access, and confidential materials.
However, the Client understands that no online storage, file transfer, communication method, or digital system is completely risk-free.
B Squared is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, platform outages, hacking, account misuse outside B Squared’s control, or security issues caused by the Client’s own accounts, devices, passwords, or access settings.
9. Payment and Business Records
B Squared may keep records of contracts, invoices, payments, messages, project details, and delivered work for business, tax, legal, accounting, and record-keeping purposes.
Payment information may be handled through banks, payment platforms, invoicing tools, or accounting systems.
10. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information.
Only provide materials they have permission to use.
Ensure any people, staff, customers, patients, models, performers, or third parties appearing in content have given permission where required.
Tell B Squared if any content, information, location, person, or material must remain private.
Keep their own account logins, passwords, and business account access secure.
Notify B Squared if there are any privacy concerns before content is published or used.
B Squared is not responsible for privacy issues caused by the Client providing content, information, people, footage, images, or materials without the proper permission.
11. Access, Updates, and Deletion Requests
The Client may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information held by B Squared.
B Squared may keep information where required for business, legal, accounting, payment, dispute, or record-keeping purposes.
Requests can be made by contacting B Squared directly.
12. Project Disputes and Evidence
If a dispute, refund request, non-payment issue, chargeback, legal matter, or disagreement occurs, B Squared may keep and use relevant messages, contracts, invoices, project files, content, campaign records, and other evidence to protect its rights and respond to the dispute.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
B Squared may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The version that applies to a project will be the version provided to, accepted by, or agreed to by the Client at the time the project is booked or confirmed, unless both Parties agree otherwise.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any dispute, claim, or legal matter relating to this Privacy Policy will be dealt with under the laws and courts of Western Australia, unless both Parties agree otherwise in writing.
15. Acceptance
By booking, approving, signing, making payment, or proceeding with a project through B Squared, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
If the Client completes and signs B Squared’s Jotform agreement form, the required client details, name, business name, signature, and date will be collected through the Jotform form.
